Insurance And Patient Co-Payments
First, it’s important to note that you are solely responsible for the fees and co-payments. To understand your insurance better, we encourage you to speak with your employer and healthcare provider, this way you know what your dental plan looks like.
We’re here to help. But we need your help too! When filling out new patient paperwork with any insurance information, we ask that you properly submit your insurance information.
